No booking needed — just pop down 10 minutes early and check in with a coach. Your first class is free.

What are your class times?＋
We currently run one class every:
🕔 Thursday 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Confirm class time.
How much does it cost?＋
£4.50 per student per session
£13.50 for a block of 4 sessions per student.
